Went to make some Taiwan booking but later want to cancel due to personal reasons, was told cancellation need to pay $300 per person. When I told them I am unwilling to pay the cancellation fee as booking was not confirmed, this china lady shouted at me and claim that she is the boss and I need to pay the cancellation fee even tour is not confirmed. Please relay all this information to all your friends, families and colleagues not to visit this lousy agent.

Went to make an air ticket booking to USA 2 weeks ago and make $2000 deposit for confirmation of seats by NETS. Few days ago I went over to their company and told them that I need to cancel my reservation due to some reasons and wanted my refund of deposit. The counter staff said that it is impossible to refund the full amount as I made payment by NETS so if I want to cancel my booking and refund the deposit, the company will need to charge 1% admin charge. I was furious and ask for the manager. This china lady who claimed that she is the manager said that it is company policy to charge the fee and all terms and condition applies when I signed the booking form. The term and condition were not even explained or briefed to me. When I mentioned I will bring up the matter to CASE, the china lady just told me to go ahead.
