I have sign up a package with them and suppose to depart in 2 weeks time. Today is supposed to be the deadline to inform me if a tour group could be firmed up. But the person in charge is on leave today (I spoke to him 2 days ago and he told me he will let me know today, but today is his off-day). Anyway, the tour is supposed to be 2 weeks from now, there is another departure on 9 June, which is not confirm too. An efficient and experience travel agent would have contact people who signed up for these 2 departure dates (9 & 12 June) and check if they would consider the other departure date since both tours cannot be confirmed at this point. We need time to plan for our trip, they cannot just keep holding off. I need time to apply for leave especially I have to am on roster schedule. This is very, very bad service in my opinion.

Take note if you are booking from this agency and make sure that whatever they say you need to ask them to give you a written confirmation. My family has booked a trip to Turkey for Oct and we had paid a deposit in June because the consultant says that min to dep is 10 and with the 6 of us, there should be no prob, we then book the trip with Super as compared to SA tour as they say they needed 15 to depart guess what this is just a tactic they used to get cms because after that they informed that they need 15 to depart. The trip was cancelled leaving my family holidays ruin as we were unable to get any package thereafter. the refund was told to me that it will take 2 weeks and when i called to check they told me it takes one month they can just change their words as and when they like think Natas should ensure that the requirements and refund should be stated and advised clearly by the agency

So far I found the customer service at Chinatown pt good. Staff are polite,unlike what has been commented. At least they picked up calls very promptly. This lady, Xu lin has been nice and helpful.
