Sucked! Kept on hard selling the promotion tickets that not what customers wanted. Quoted very cheap price to lure customers to their office but the quotation was for the wrong destination with shorter route. Customers paid for promotion tickets (already more expensive than 1st quotation) without knowledge and were forced to stay in HK for 2 days. Customers objected. Customers needed to top up to get tickets that they wanted. Due to the time spent since the 1st quotation, the customers decided to ask for refund. After refund, the customers approached another agent, it took only 2 days to get the tickets. By the way, they have moved to basement one of the same building already.
