Travelled with them the Shanghai and Beijing. Was the worst trip ever. To begin with,i was charged an additional S$70 per person after confirmation of flights due to tax. 70% of whats stated in the itinerary wasnt fulfilled. The tour guide only wants to bring us to places that would allow him to make $$. The whole of my Shanghai trip was about visiting shops selling imitation goods. Came back to complaint but reply was- "Nothing can be done since i'm back from the trip"

I also just finish the 12D europe + 2D dubai trip with JP on 5th June departing with Alamak (Hui Ge). In my earlier post, I promised to give my selfless feedback after my honeymoon.

I will not say this is a perfect tour, but I am really content to have Ken See as my tour manager as compared to another tour manager. Actually what I heard is not what I had experience personally from another coach, in fact after hearing so much stories from them, I feel that sticking to Ken See is the best choice as I am very comfortable with his style and contented the way he lead our coach.
Ken see is superbly knowledgeable with his work, he had impressed our coach (By the way I am from Coach B) with all the explanation he had shared throughout the journey. In many ways, he had shown the quality of a GREAT tour manager when something cope out and he managed it in a very professional manner.

I also wish to comment on another tour manager , Alan. I did not have much chance to get in contact with him till our Dubai trip which posed a lot of inconvenience to our group. Hence after knowing what happened , he flew from London to settle the administrative work for our group. And this is a PLUS point for jp.

But we did not enjoy much in Dubai as the local guide is very rude and dis-organised. To be frank, I shall not return to Dubai even if it is complimentary. I am sure those experience what I did will somehow agreed with me.

Overall, If u ask me whether will I choose JP for our next trip? I will say if the tour manager is Ken See or Alan, my reply will be positive.

In here, I wish to dedicate my thankfulness to Ken See, Lao Beng, Lao Lian, CK, Yan, CM, XY, SAM, SAM’s wife in making our honeymoon such a memorable one.

My HM was wz JP. Was quite skeptical as first as I have never heard of this company. They impressed me with their product knowledge and that they told me their itinerary is different. so wz deposit placed, got a tongue lashing from my wife for booking wz an unknown company and putting our HM on jeopardy. Just recently completed our trip in March, and I would say, this is my best trip so far, places we covered were beautiful and the tour manager really took care of us and doing special arrangement for us just becoz we were on honeymoon, i.e the special touch was there. No Complains except I guess that one of the hotel in the mountain region could have been better.
