The counter staff is extremely rude when I called in to make an enquiry, she was shouting at me across the phone , which i was very disappointed worst of all, I wanted to lodge a complaint but was time and time being segregated from contacting their manager, which I think is a terrible case to happen in singapore let alone this travel company could even took an award this year 2008.
