I booked my 5D/4N Bangkok-Pattaya tour package from this company. Initially, I was apprehensive about booking a tour from a relatively new & small agency but I was pleasantly surprised.

Not only were they patient & willing to explain the details pertaining to the itinerary, they also arranged for a replacement hotel when the 1 I'd chosen was closed for renovations. It was a new hotel & hence, very clean & comfortable, if a tad small.

The tour package they arranged for me was good, although their Thai counterparts missed out 1 location on their itinerary. The tour guide was obliging & accommodating. I enjoyed my visit there very much & won't hesitate to book from this agent again.

In contrast, the big boys in the travel industry don't seem to have the time to give you such personal service since they won't waste their time on customers who don't book a tour with them on the spot, or don't book tours to Europe, etc.
