Era's service is fairly poor. They do not help you to plan a detailed itinerary properly. Also, they do not even follow the normal tour agency procedure of ensuring that a deposit is paid before carrying out the steps.

Worst still, Era does not have an online website that we can refer to!

Obviously, it had been a poor experience working with them.
