Maybe they were overwhelmed or there's a shortage of staffs during festive season in Hanoi, but I'm not booking another tour with them.

Our group of 25 were left to a really young, inexperienced & "blur"(or act blur) local guide. No tour leader from Sg was assigned and we were assured that's fine as they've used this Vietnam company for many years.

He don't understand English at all and we need to help him sort out names, passports and room assignment as all our names are in booked in English!

He even attempted to pass one of us the breakfast voucher to bring the group into the dining hall in the morning!

Except for the last night, he just disappeared after bringing us into the restaurants for meal, so we had to sort out seating arrangement with the restaurant staffs who hardly understand us most of the time.

Not sure if it's his weak command of Mandarin, but instead of telling us more about the background of places we're visiting, he kept repeating us the same jokes throughout the tour, even though there were no response by end of the 2nd day.

The tour ended early on the 4th day and we requested a detour to do some shopping mall. He requested for additional payment and we agreed, but after collecting the money, he requested for 100% more! 3 minutes later, and he drop it to 50% more...

I just landed a few hours ago and just have to share this review as this is the worst tour guide I've ever had.
