Deaprt to KL-Bus delayed no reason given

Orange Coach & Travel has really bad customer service. Clerks give empty promises. They hang up on you when you complain. They also say 'whatever' when you tell your problem. What a let down. Don't bother calling the clerks because they will not help at all.
