I had a bad experience with them.
They keep changing my travel time and the transfers were done terrible. We changed 4 buses in total.
My bus which was supposed to leave at 1.30pm from our departure area ended up leaving somewhere around 5plus pm.
There was no refunds or anything to make up for time loss.
Last day we even had to book out of our resort at 8am instead of 12 noon. Still no refund.
Very bad planning.

this is the worst agency i have deal with. i had book a tioman trip with them. the ferry at mersing is 10am and the pick up point is at orchard DFS 630am. the driver who pick up us seem to know nothing at all til we tell him that we should leave now. he was very slow and disapper at the malaysia custom for 30min. and yes, we end up late for the 10am ferry. we need to wait for the next one at 230pm. so, i call the tour agency, and this guy richard told us that it is the custom delay and all kind of excuses. at the end, he just want to give us free lunch and wish we can just forget the whole issue. of course i didn't take their offer and til now they are still not admitting is their fault and pushing the blame away.
everyone, this is a very bad example of doing tour business. there are 5 foregins in the tour, this will leave a very bad impression of our country from now on.

I had a really bad experience with this agency as well. Booked a 3D2N tour package to Tioman Island by coach and ferry from 1st-3rd May 2009, staying at Berjaya Beach Resort. The stay at Berjaya Resort was a pleasant one, but the journey to the destination was certainly not.
1. The coach turned up 1 hour late at DFS Galleria, when we had to gather by 3am. It worried us that we will miss our ferry scheduled at 7:30am.
2. The driver didn't have any name list to verify the no. of passengers. He asked us if everyone has boarded the bus after we cleared the Singapore and Malaysia immigration checkpoints. This is ridiculous because all passengers onboard were strangers to one another. How would we know?
3. The best part happened when the driver sent us to the wrong ferry terminal, and by the time we realised it, it was already 7:20am. The driver just shouted that those who are going to Tioman, should quickly alight here at Mersing. But actually we should have been sent to Tanjong Gemok (30-45 minutes ride away which we took "taxi" there.). The ferry departure was delayed until we arrived, and finally left at 8:30am.
4. The person-in-charge Richard raised his voice at us saying that "Didn't I tell you it should be at Tanjong Gemok?!" trying to push the blame to us. He even dared to ask me to verify how many people going to Berjaya Resort and how many to Paya Resort. I thought that should be HIS job!?
5. No one (neither the travel agency nor the bus company probably outsourced) wants to take the responsibility for the mistake or the inconvenience caused to us.
Their service really disappoints me a lot, and it is such a pity because Tioman Island is such a beautiful place, yet as the travel agency's planning ruined the trip. I highly advise potential visitors to Tioman Island or any other resort getaways to stay away from this agency.
