If they are the same people who have shifted to ION and Mandarin Gallery, they are bloody inefficient and horribly uncommunicative. Took 3 weeks to confirm the hotel, and kept blaming the hotel all the time. And they take forever to release the refund. Worst travel agent I have ever used.
