I HAVE BOOKED A TOUR WITH FARMOSA TO HONG KONG / SHENZHEN AND SERVED BY ONE OF THE COUNTER STAFF MS SHIRLEY. SHE IS VERY HELPFUL AND GOOD ATTITUDE. GREAT. :)

It must be the work of the devil to have made me and my wife walked into this agency to book a short free and easy trip to KL. Everything was a mess even before we start our trip, wrong date booked and extra money to rebook coach and hotel, it was a complete nightmare..total costs for 2 for 3 days 2 nights to Kl by coach $570! (originally less than $400), do you believe it?. Well, it must been my worst luck that day to have walked into this agency!! totally disappointed with their lack of empathy and professionalism..Will only consider using this agency again in my NEXT life..

Terrible service. Walk into the office, the staff dun even bother you and just stare at the screen. Enquire for Phuket, price is so high and like not willing to serve. So look down on people just becos i ask for the cheapest.Sigh.....Will never walk into their shop again.

I like to enquiry on the macau 3D2N package. I would like to stay somewhere near to the Sands casino and would like to extend 2 nights in Hong Kong staying in Stanfort Mong Kok. The departure will be on 28 Dec 06 and arrival to Singapore will be on 01 Jan 07. I would prefer to have a night stay upon arrival of Macau follow by 2 night stay in Hong Kong and then back to macau for a night before departure.
