Just as i expected..this company provides bad and very very poor service. It was a judgement error to choose them as an agent. My bangkok trip last yr was almost ruined by them at the very last minute at the airport when we were about to depart. they are aware of the problem that we gonna encounter and yet they hide the truth from us. A very irresponsible and dishonest company!

Newair as a whole travel agency sucks! The man which I've liased with is downright rude! Utterly horrid. On a rating from 1-10, 0 is more like it. Big thumbs down for Newair.
