Hi, If you think Chan Brother Travel is not bad, why it become the top worst travel agent in Singapore, when we joined them end of April, two week before departure, only 9 ppl, I called and they told us the trip may be cancelled,( we has already apply the annual leave), lucky they manage to find total 11 ppl

I think the management did not go through the suggestion forms we forwared to our Singapore tour leader during our last day in KOrea or other country, they need to study the cases, find out the complains from the tour leaders and make the necessary improvement and should contact with the other party concern.

The feedbak forms are very important for the marketing dept, am I right

We pay more and trust your agent so we join. so hope you can improve your services , we may considerate to join you to other countries in the due future.(we intend to go taiwan, china, japan, europe in the near future)

Normally those middel age ppl travel more, at least 3 to 4 times per year, so try to improve to cater this market.
