Day 1:
SINGAPORE - CAIRO (Meals on Board)
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Cairo.
Day 2:
CAIRO - LUXOR (Lunch/Dinner)
Upon arrival, transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Luxor. Visit the Temple of Luxor, built during Amenhotep II's reign and distinctive with 6 looming statues of Pharaoh Rameses II at the entrance. Next, visit Karnak Temple, dedicated to the god Amon and his family and overwhelming in its architectural intricacy and proportions. If time permits, you can catch an optional Sound and Light Show at your own expense, a 1.5-hour Hollywood-style extravaganza that recounts the lives of pharaohs and the history of Thebes, a capital of ancient Egypt.
Day 3:
LUXOR - ESNA - EDFU (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
This morning, visit Valley of the Kings, where hundreds of tombs are carved into hillsides. On the way back to the cruise, pass by the enormous sandstone Colossi of Memnon, part of Amenhotep III's mortuary temple. Embark on a deluxe Nile Cruise and commense sailing to Esna and Edfu. Stay overnight on board the cruise.
Note
The Nile Cruise may operate in reverse. The lock at Esna is closed twice yearly, from 1�June and from 1�December, for maintenance. During these periods, the cruise will start or end at Esna.
Day 4:
EDFU - KOM OMBO - ASWAN (Breakfast/Lunch/Welcome Cocktail & Galabia Party)
Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, which lies halfway between Luxor and Aswan on the site of the ancient city of Djeba. Visit Kom Ombo, famous for the beautiful Temple of Sobek, dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god and Horus, the sun god. In the afternoon, continue sailing to Aswan.
Day 5:
ASWAN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Start the day with a visit to Aswan High Dam, built to control flooding onthe Nile. From Aswan, make an excursion to the Granite Quarries. Next, take a felucca to the Island of Philae where the Temple of Philae originally stood. The temple was submerged for 9 months of the year after the old Aswan Dam was built and would have been completely flooded by the construction of the High Dam if it had not been rescued. Its structures, made of 40,000 stone blocks, were carefully reassembled on the nearby Island of Agiliqiyyah. Stay overnight on board the cruise.

The places of interest visited in Aswan may vary according to the cruise schedule.
Day 6:
ASWAN - CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
This morning, disembark the cruise and spend the rest of the day at leisure to explore Aswan or visit Abu Simbel at your own expense. The sheer size of Abu Simbel, with its 2 temples built by Rameses II, was meant to demonstrate Egypt's power then to fend off invaders. In the evening, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight back to Cairo.
Day 7:
CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Begin today's sightseeing with Memphis, a capital of ancient Egypt. Its ruins are the remains of gigantic palaces and temples that once stood here. The Colossus of Rameses II, an enormous limestone statue of the young Rameses II, is worth a visit. Proceed to Sakkara, where you will find the famous Step Pyramid of Zoser I , the world's first monumental stone structure. Next, visit the Pyramid of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Take a camel ride to the Great Pyramid of Cheops, and see the famous Sphinx, which has the body of a lion and the head of a man.
Day 8:
CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Start with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, which houses over 100,000 relics and antiquities, the most outstanding of which are the treasures from Pharaoh Tutankhamun's kingdom. Proceed to Cairo's Citadel, which provides pretty views of the city and in good weather, you can even see the Pyramids. The Haqa Fatma Cannon is an excellent photo stop. If time permits, spend some time at Khan al Khalili, a bustling bazaar.
Day 9:
CAIRO - SINGAPORE (Breakfast/Meals on Board)
If time permits, you can do some last-minute shopping before you transfer to the airport for your flight home.
