I think this review website is really going to the dogs. You are asked to merely review the services Chan brother provides and not get personal and vicious to each other. Hearing all of you growling to each other whether as staff members of the company disguised as reviewers or discontented customers lashing out at the company really makes me sick.

You all behaved like uncivilisd people and now i understand why Singaporeans are rated as the worst in internet etiquette and highest in cyber bullying.

Can we just stick to the facts and let people make their own judgement? Grow up all of you especially dark traveller, maverick song and kon shens. stop being bigots

For those who are consider taking any tour package don't even take with Chan Brother Travel. Their customer service suck up, Jennifer (so-called manager) and another girl Yen Ling also sucked up customer service they provided. Such a big firm provide such a bad service, i don't think they don't derserve a good rating from consumer................

BTW the website http://www.chanbrothers.com/contact_us.cfm?a=main not used one. Try to complaint throught this link, but they don't bottor to reply at all..............
