Prices more expensive than other people, they say its a premium package thats why. But the customer service really sucks. If it's so bad here, I shudder to think what it will be like overseas when we have to fend for ourselves!

Chan brothers travel agency has evolved into such a big and renowned travel agency. However, it has lost its starting purpose which is to provide their customers with the best travel experience such that they will return to travel with them again.

It seems to me that they are now adopting a money-first approach.

As I am having difficulties in reserving a package with a travel agency,I would like to know if it would be possible for a Macau resident to book this package Sin-Syd-Sin. The Macau-Sin-Macau would be reserved separately. The dates are: may 6th to 13th. I'd like the Holiday Inn Darling Harbour and an airline thatis not Qantas. How are the payment methods and deadlines?
