i did my last tour with chan brothers travel for turkey, i thought i pay a bit higher but it is worth because of the company reputation. but it is funny that istanbul hotel is so far a way every other travel agents staying in central location but we stay in airport at least 1 hour distance. some more during dinner time we always expect to have water but they never provide and i get chance to see other singapore company they are providing. plus some more their optional tour also very expensive compare to the others, when i try to talk with local guide, he become very angry. i highly recommend people do not travel exotic destination with chan brothers again.

It is so obvious that many of the good comments and retorts are either by the employees of the company or linked to the company...
It's not because Chan Brothers is good that's why they are the most "popular" in Singapore. It's because of the BRAND NAME. Most Singaporeans go for the brand instead of the product.
PEOPLE! Do your research before joining the tour. There are soooooooo many better agencies out there! Why torture yourself? Isn't being on top of the Top 100 Worst List indicative enough??
