I just joined Chan Brothers Hokkaido tour to see sakura. The trip was well planned, not too much travelling and the accommodation was in comfortable homely ryokan with hotspring onsen. Food was excellent, Japanese-style seafood buffets and set meals. Guide was excellent and accommodating, even making extra stops for us to take us sakura-viewing. I am planning my tour to Korea next year (if my boss will give me leave) and I will definitely come back to Chan Brothers again!

Had 2 bad experiences with them. Thought I would give them a chance at the NATAS fair.
1st time, the agent failed to contact me about ticket etc, I\\\\\\\'d to hunt him down at the 7th floor 2 days before my trip.Was supposed to collect my stuff a week earlier.Failed to call/respond days earlierHe knew I was pissed off, no satisfactory apologies etc.
2nd time-I made sure the personnel who served me knew I had a previous bad experience. Promised to email me a copy of the form I\\\\\\\'d filled up. I emailed her my passport details and requested her to email me back to confirm she has the details.Am still waiting for her reply to my email, sent days ago. Have decided to blacklist Chan Brothers.
