Just an honest/straightforward comment here. How good a holiday/booking experience all depends on how you as a person attitude is.....Most of you are tourists not "traveller". It doesn't have to be Chan Brothers Travel. It can be any other agencies and in the end, you will still end up with dissatisfaction. Becoz, you do not have a traveller's thinking and attitude. Typical Singaporean tourist attitude darn sickening.....complain complain and complain.

hello chan brothers, why your tour package must include 'hidden costs', thats the way u present so called 'budget tour' to customers? or so called'hard selling'? where is reputation?
