My Experience with these guys was Pathetic and i have decided not even look at Chan Brother travels when i plan my next travel. The team they have to attend people's call have no customer service skills and they don't care about customers.I deposited 1200 SGD to them for my Europe trip for my honeymoon and due to their mistakes it got cancelled and they didn't are not giving my money back to me.I am a foreigner and have no idea how to deal with these guys now.I found Sinapore such a nice place and everyone cares about Customer service. But I must say that this is my first Bad Experience in Singapore when it comes to customer service. My personal advise to all of you guys..NEVER EVER USE CHAN BROTHERS FOR ANY TRAVEL

I've travelled with Chan Brothers on 4 occassions so far - NZ in 2004, Hong Kong & Hokkaido in 2007, and Taiwan in 2008 this year. Honestly, I think whether you have a good trip or not boils down to the tour guides you get. NZ is a bit special where we have a Singapore tour guide, and the local tour guide doubles up as driver. The Singapore tour guide was very experienced and professional so we had a great trip. For Hokkaido, we have two Singapore tour guides, one was very expereinced and professional, the other was really to me redundant since she only does the adminsitrative stuff. For Taiwan, both the Singapore and Taiwan guide was very good and we really enjoyed the trip. But I cannot say the same for the Hong Kong trip. As there was less than 20 of us, there was no Singapore tour guide to follow us to HK. The HK local guide was terrible, while she did cover whatever stated in the itinerary, she tried to make money by sneaking in an extra trip to some medical shop at the expenses of cutting short the time spent in the wax mususem. She also cooked up lot of lies to try to make us believe and buy things in the shop. Most terrible thing is she lied that the price of the famous lao po bin she sold to us was the same price as those outside. In reality she charges us double the price. So, I think most important thing is the quality of guides. Anyway, I wanted to visit Korea this year so I went to recent Natas Fair. Initially wanted to sign up Chan Bro again but then I saw Jun-Air itinerary and thought it is more exclusive than Chan Bro's. So I signed up Jun-Air. However, I just did a google search and realised Jun-Air reputation seems to be worse than all described here!! My heart sankkkkkk like the Titanic.... I thought maybe I should cancel and go back to Chan Bro, but read and realsied it means forfiet $500, so I think I'm trapped. I can only pray I don't have too much a horror trip with Jun-Air!
