Day 1 Port Blair: Arrive at Port Blair Airport, meet assist and transfer to hotel. Welcome to one of the world's best kept secrets - the Andaman Islands. Long shrouded in mystery and legend - the islands have just started to emerge on the independent traveler's list of must see places in the world. Later in the day, start for a full-day tour of places in & around Port Blair - covering the famous Cellular Jail, Chatam Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia), Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika).Evening at Leisure. Overnight at Port Blair
Day 2 Port Blair - Havelock: Early morning departure (0600 hrs) ferry from Port Blair – Havelock. The ferry takes 2.5 hrs to reach Havelock. On arrival proceed to selected hotel and in the evening proceed to Beach No 7 (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by Time Magazine. Return back to hotel to relax and unwind. Overnight at Havelock.
Day 3: Havelock - Elephant Beach: Embark on the most memorable snorkeling trip, just 40 min by Boat this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it’s so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkeling. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Note: Inclusive of snorkeling equipment and car/jeep pick up and drop to jetty. Overnight at Havelock.
Day 4 Havelock: Relax and unwind on Havelock Island. The charm of Havelock Islands lies in the natural beauty and quiet pace of life. Walk down to the beach in front and relax and unwind. Day at Leisure. Overnight at Havelock.
Day 5 Havelock – Port Blair: Return from Havelock Island in the afternoon and transfer to hotel in Port Blair. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Port Blair.
Day 6 Onwards: Depart Port Blair with Fond memories of these mesmerizing Islands.

The Andaman Islands are located in the Bay of Bengal and form the western perimeter of the Andaman Sea. Measuring over 700 kms from north to south, including the inaccessible Nicobar Island chain, these 572 islands of the archipelago are swathed in over 86% primary rainforest. Only 36 islands are inhabited to the day, comprising a mix of colorful mainland Indian settlers, residual refugee communities from Myanmar, and of course the aboriginal inhabitants of the Andamans.

Tropical throughout the year with mean minimum temperature at 23C and maximum at 30C. Humidity is relatively high - 70% to 90% with a gentle breeze blowing all the time. The weather is generally pleasant with average annual rainfall of 3,000 mm in Port Blair.
Foreigners: All foreign nationals can stay in the islands for 30 days. This can be extended by another 15 days with permission. They require a permit to stay from the immigration authorities. In addition, permits can also be obtained from: Indian Missions Overseas, Foreigner’s Registration Offices at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta and the immigration authorities at the airports at Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta and Chennai.

For night halt: South Andaman Island, Middle Andaman Island and Little Andaman Island (except tribal reserve), Neil Island, Havelock Island, Long Island, Diglipur, Baratang, North Passage and islands in the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park (excluding islands – Boat Hobday, Twin, Tarmugli, Malay and Pluto) Night halt in the Park is with permission only.
For Day Halt: South Cinque Island, Ross Island, Narcondum Island, Interview Island, Brother Island, Sister Island and Barren Island ( Barren Island can be visited on board vessels only).
Indians: Indian nationals need no permit to visit Andamans. However, permits are required to visit Nicobar Islands and other tribal areas, which are given in exceptional cases. Application on a prescribed form may be addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Andaman District, Port Blair.
•Ross Island is closed every Wednesday.
•Anthropological Museum is closed on Thursday.
•Fisheries Museum, Cellular Jail, Samudrika is closed on Monday and National Holidays.
•Chatham Saw Mill, Forest Museum and Mini Zoo is closed on Sunday and National Holidays.
•The Government ferry which is used to travel between Port Blair – Havelock takes between 02-03 hrs
Of travel time. The capacity of the Ferry is of only 100 passengers hence at times, getting a preferred seat is difficult though we will ensure that the guest is boarded on the ferry.
•No hotel on Havelock offers sea facing views. The beach is at an average distance of 200 m. Very few
hotels have generator backup.
