I first had Lai Travel to arrange for us a package tour to Bali mid last year and I'm very pleased with every thing as planned, thought I did not get the hotel that I wanted due to last minute booking,they managed to get me a good one. Again I had a package trip to Genting/KL recently and again I was a very happy customer.
