I first had Lai Travel to arrange for us a package tour to Bali mid last year and I'm very pleased with every thing as planned, thought I did not get the hotel that I wanted due to last minute booking,they managed to get me a good one. Again I had a package trip to Genting/KL recently and again I was a very happy customer. My husband will be arriving this coming Dec 23,2011 from Philippines and am working here in Singapore. I am planning to surprise my husband for Malaysia trip in time for our 1 yr and 6 months wedding monthsary this 28 Dec.
