I appreciate very much during the 6 days 5 nights tour in Haihou from 11 Jul to 16 Jul 10 with the care of 李 tour guide, he is a very caring, responsible and kind person, he will ensure his tour members are travel with safe at all time, he even make sure we are safely fetched by the driver to airport even though we have make the special arrangement with him because our air fright was deley. I and my husband really tumb up and give him a very good appraisal for his outstanding performance. I hope that the organiser will reward him for his Best performance.

I first had Lai Travel to arrange for us a package tour to Bali mid last year and I'm very pleased with every thing as planned, thought I did not get the hotel that I wanted due to last minute booking,they managed to get me a good one. Again I had a package trip to Genting/KL recently and again I was a very happy customer. Now I'm loooking forward for another vacation to Langkawi & believe they'll have it done as required to please us. Tks Lai Travel..
