Have booked a 7 days Korea tour during NATAS for Dec holidays. Was told and confrimed that it was a guaranteed departure. Last week, they called up to change the date of dep. Have to change my leave date and other planned activites for kids :(. Keeping my fingers crossed that new dep date stays the way they promised.

sad to say that people only look at the ugly and imperfect part of every tours.there is never grateful and appreciation.

singaporeans,we are too pathetic and realistic.what a pity community...

never enjoy life, even in vocation,poor travellers are still in moody and stress condition.in your world, there is only black and grey?

put away all your pride and selfish.what are your expectation for everything you paid?do you really think thats is a lot of money?you should get best of the best?pls hv a clear look of it.
