Hi Frederick, my depart date to 8D Hokkaido is 20 dec i\'m not going for the shanghai trip. But they told me everything is confirm for the Hokkaido trip since the day i book at NATAS. I went down last weekend 5/12, to check on the status, they assured me that the trip was firm. I\'m very worried, but since they say its confirm, I think I\'m stuck with it. Cos if I\'m the one that wants to cancel, I\'ll have to pay a penalty if i\'m not wrong. So have to wait for them to call the shot to cancel it. Now I only pray that they will cancel it and give me a full refund rather than when i reach there and the whole trip is messed up!

Its so fustrating that we gotta worry so much for a holiday, rather than to look forward to it. Haiz...

I don't agree totally with all the bad comments of Jun Air. Me and my wife went on two trips one after another, first to Jiuzhaigou(16.3.11 to 24.3.11). The journey although was treacherous, the tour guide Xiao Yang is very caring and knowledgable. We feel safe with him and the driver Xiao Shee. It was well worth trip except foodwise is mediocre. We paid for a special herbal lunch of S$35 each but is not fantastic. I wish to commend Yang Wei Qiang for his effort. Next we went on a Korea/Shanghai tour from 2.4.11 to 10.4.11. It was quite pleasant all the way. But We paid $100 more each than those who went to Natas. They also have more gifts. Not fair. The tour guide is not too bad, Xiao Hu ,though korean,is fluent in chinese but his assistant,xiao yang,a student, is a darling to us. He managed all the baggages. The bus driver at the jeju island is moody and not good driver. The extra meals of horse meat and black pig is ripping off our money. It is not worth it. The shanghai arrangement on last day before air port is really a surprise and we are appreciative of Jun air's arrangement. There is no pressure to buy things and we even got a bonus of bullet train ride. The tour guides, both of them were gentlemen and very professional .I commend Jun Air and their travel counterparts for their effort. But those extras maybe be reduced in price as some travellers are not rich and they are shy not to participate in it. It cause unhappiness within travellers. Hope Jun Air can improve on these and we will join Jun Air again .
