I would like to thank Sebastian for all e help in handling my 5D4N holiday to Phuket last 13 Feb-17 Feb 2009. It was my first time with An An Travel. The level of customer service from them was very high, especially coming from Sebastian. His knowledge about Phuket was extensive which prove a great help in our decision making for our accomodation plus our flight requests and in clarifying our queries. Personally i feel that their service has been the best that I have experienced. Polite, friendly that surpassed expectations! This is a short testimonial on their service n hopefully; it can help others clarify some doubts about this agency. I ve already sign up with them again to Bali this June.
