hi Lee,the trip with them was not pleasant at all,our pre tour alady frustrated us leow,first this "Tour Manager" call and very politely introduce himself,then he go into detail of the days that are free,then they tell u what you can do(Optional Tours).If u have other plan they will try to hinder you by hightlighting to you how far is ur hotel,how inconvenience,how unsafe it is,then u have no choice but to aggreed,then ask you "Are you going to buy any L le V handbags",if you say yes,they will start to ask you what model you buying,they can arrange for you,blah blah blah,my fren had join other travel agent like ASA or CTC ,the guide dont do such a thing,its so funny,they gave me the feeling they are there to sweep money instead of taking care the group.Tipping?now they call them service fees,all travel agent practice,amount varies depending on the no of days and tours wz guide or without,this is must PAY thing ,everyone hor.HOw much time spend depend on how cooperative is everyone,and of cos the prfessionalism of the "Tour manager" ,seriously i dont think he suit to call manager....you had book with them ? heard that five stars jus started doing tours to europe. any reviews?anyway i visited their booth during natas. one of their staff junbing attended to me. i wasnt quite satisfied with his service. poor product knowledge and i would say he seem quite inexperienced to me. might have to consider when signing up with their europe tours since they are pretty new in this market.
