from what i've concluded from this site, the bigger the travel agency is,the more complaint they have, the smaller the company, the more positive feedbacks (most likely from their super free staffs at work).
what say you guys? (refering to the public, not travel agent staffs)

We had used Sheng Yan for our recent trips to Phuket & Redang. We enjoyed our stay there. And we are very happy to be served by Cynthia & also Wanni. Most of the time we will liaise with them via email as we know they can be very busy once a customer/potential customer walks in.
True indeed, it'a bliss to have Sheng Yan tours handle our travel needs. We always go down to their office when making payment. Though the office is small, it's the quality of their staff that matters and that personal touch from them. We are now considering another holiday and of coz, we will go back to Sheng Yan. Cheers!

Cynthia this Cynthia that.. Haha.. I just can't believe that with just one call to the airport and the airport staffs allow her late passengers to check-in... Once you are late for your flight, no way the airport staffs will let you check in, that is for sure...
