It seems like Shengyan travels certainly have FANTASTIC 4. I have recenty contacted them on phone for Bangkok trip details. They even did'not took a minute to listen the things & said that they will contact me and noted my contact details. After wards they neber come back to me regarding my genuine query. Thus, it looks like they praise themselves by their own mouth & writing to misguide the innocent genuine customers.
Common Shengyan staff, you have great need to respect your customers, instead of pampering your own services.

I make frequent trips to Thailand and only book my travel with ShengYan Tours especially Miss Wani of ShengYan Tours she always make my job so much easier whenever I am planning for my trip. She is so efficient and informative.
I appreciate their service very much and would recommend ShengYan Travel to all my friends.

Hi, i just come back from taiwan booked through Shengyan tours. It's my first time dealing with them. Just a frank testimonial on their service - Prompt, friendly and helpful staffs. Deliver as promised. Ms Cynthia has been really helpful and patient with our flight requests and in clarifying our queries. Personally i feel that their service has been the best that I have experienced. Initially i was quite doubtful about the good comments here but since i have experienced it myself, thought i would like to add a note here too if this can clarify some doubts about the credibility of the reviews seen here. : )
