I would like to thank cynthia for all help in handling my 4D3N holiday to bangkok last 6-9 dec 2008.
Cynthia never fail to update me with the bangkok situation it. I really have great fun at bangkok with my family.
I might called up cynthia again whenever i plan my tour.

Ive booked my honeymoon trip to Bali wif Shengyan n Cynthia attended to me..So far i could say that her service is very good & she eventually go extra miles to do a pre-check in for my flights & also arrange a Halal meal during the flight which i didn't request.
And for my upcoming Bangkok trip,i am definitely using them again

Hi, i just come back from taiwan booked through Shengyan tours. It's my first time dealing with them. Just a frank testimonial on their service - Prompt, friendly and helpful staffs. Deliver as promised. Ms Cynthia has been really helpful and patient with our flight requests and in clarifying our queries. Personally i feel that their service has been the best that I have experienced. Initially i was quite doubtful about the good comments here but since i have experienced it myself, thought i would like to add a note here too if this can clarify some doubts about the credibility of the reviews seen here. : )

Hi,

We would like to visit Genting C/in on 24-Dec 2011 C/out on 26-Dec 2011 and Kuala Lumpur C/in 26-Dec C/out 28-Dec. I will be travelling with my husband and our 2yr. old son. Can you please advise me on your best rates that includes the 2-way fare (from SIN-Genting and Kuala Lumpur-SIN) and the hotel accomodations as well?
