This is my first time booking a tour with Shengyan Travel, i\'ve called to make some enquiries for my trip to Krabi and Ms Wanni attended to me. I was told that the operating hours is up to 5pm but when i called, I didnt realize that it was already 6pm, i was surprised that Ms Wanni wilingly without hesitation help me find a good package tour to where my destination is. She even take down my contact number and my email address promising she would give me a call back shortly. 1 hour later, Ms Wanni called me back to inform me that she had email me the package details. I look at the time it was 8pm..Woa! I was Impressed by her extra Mile Service!

I do not see any reason why a small travel agency cannot be of good service.

Arranging for a holiday during the peak period was a real challenge as most of the hotels were fully booked. My partner and I were on our way to changing our travel dates, but all thanks to Ms Cynthia, who relentlessly searched for all available accommodations during this period, that we were able to stick to the our prior travel plans.
Ms Cynthia's attention to details made our bali trip comforting and pleasurable. We thoroughly enjoyed our short getaway so much that we found it really hard to pack up and head home.
Cheers to Shengyan and Ms Cynthia for their exceptional service.

We have 4 Adults and 2 children and require to book 2 rooms (child w/0 bed) at Narai Hotel. We would like to take Silkair to Bangkok. If we plan to buy 2 nights, is there any promotion for free additional nights?
The clients are holding Indian passports and Singapore PRs. We need to know about visa application.
