I have just came back from my Bangkok trip - bought the hotel and land transfer from Wanni - well, overall i can say about her is that SHE IS THE BEST HELPFUL and the MOST FRIENDLY TOUR Cust. Service i ever met... In future all my tour visit, i will cont to use her services only...also will recommend her to my company yearly company trip........

The strange thing is, i didnt read any negative review so far but i only see some people trying to spoil their reputation and seems like it's written by the same person under different names.

We had used Sheng Yan for our recent trips to Phuket & Redang. We enjoyed our stay there. And we are very happy to be served by Cynthia & also Wanni. Most of the time we will liaise with them via email as we know they can be very busy once a customer/potential customer walks in.
True indeed, it'a bliss to have Sheng Yan tours handle our travel needs. We always go down to their office when making payment. Though the office is small, it's the quality of their staff that matters and that personal touch from them. We are now considering another holiday and of coz, we will go back to Sheng Yan. Cheers!

10 Jul 2011We( four adults and five kids) plan to travel from Singapore to Genting and KL and start back on 13th morning to enable to catch our flight in the evening from Singapore.
Please inform if we could get a small coach for nine of us and what would be the pricing including hotel charges ( preferable average priced) and the names of hotels. We dont mind good property like berjaya time sq and resort hotel at genting if these are available at some gud deal. I have stayed in berjaya in 2006, it was good but expensive.
