Hi! After reading some of the negative comments on this posting I became skeptical of Shengyan. However having now returned from my holiday, I can only confirm, Cynthia is great. She found us last minute flights to Bali over CNY, when all airlines were fully booked. Hotel and transfer arrangements were seamless. She was very professional and was available at all times even after working hours on her HP. Thanks Cynthia. Hope your bonus is indeed linked to these postings.

It seems like Shengyan travels certainly have FANTASTIC 4. I have recenty contacted them on phone for Bangkok trip details. They even did'not took a minute to listen the things & said that they will contact me and noted my contact details. After wards they neber come back to me regarding my genuine query. Thus, it looks like they praise themselves by their own mouth & writing to misguide the innocent genuine customers.
Common Shengyan staff, you have great need to respect your customers, instead of pampering your own services.

We had used Sheng Yan for our recent trips to Phuket & Redang. We enjoyed our stay there. And we are very happy to be served by Cynthia & also Wanni. Most of the time we will liaise with them via email as we know they can be very busy once a customer/potential customer walks in.
True indeed, it'a bliss to have Sheng Yan tours handle our travel needs. We always go down to their office when making payment. Though the office is small, it's the quality of their staff that matters and that personal touch from them. We are now considering another holiday and of coz, we will go back to Sheng Yan. Cheers!
