I had a bad experience with regent travel.

Despite calling prior to the booking to confirm availability and all
additional surcharges that may apply for the package I was interested in, I
was initially asked to pay an additional 1/3 of the package price, as the
package \"was for 4 days but we only charge for 1 night hotel\".

It was only after much arguing, and my insistence on clarification with
their manager, that the staff conceded that a full-board package is just
that - full board, including all meals AND lodging, and not \"one nights
lodging with meals for 3 days\"

Then, as there were only 3 of us who intended to stay in a quad room, for
which I had been informed verbally there would be only a minimal surcharge,
they further insisted that the full tour price, which includes coach fare
and a snorkeling trip, must be charged.

Fair enough, since the person who took my call could have been mis-informed,
but after going through the whole fuss, I was told that a hold was put on it
just the day before and they didn\'t actually sell that particular package
anymore?!

Overall, they wasted more than an hour of my time, not counting travel time.

do you offer full body package as well?

Pls advise cost for 3 days 2 nights at Tioman Berjaya Beach Resort, travel by ferry 2 way, 2 adults and 1 child(2year old, dont need extra bed) . Cheapest option, thanks.
