I am interested in booking the following:

Banyan Tree Bintan - Ocean View Villa

To be checked in on 6 Aug and checked out on 9 Aug.

However, my health is not in very good condition and hence I would need to find out more about Banyan Tree.

1. From the Ferry Terminal to the Resort, there will be pick up - correct, would it be a long way to walk?

2. Upon check in, is it a long distance walk from the reception area to the villa? Would there be a bugee to transport?

3. Is there a lift or do i have to climb up the stairs to my villa?

I have a lung condition whereby I can\\\'t walk far, hence I would like to find out before actually booking it.
