6:15am assemble @ Kovan Express Terminal.
The Coach will leave at 6:30am sharp. After checking in at custom, we will be heading to Johore for breakfast (own expense). We will be visiting temple. Passing by Pontian to Kukup. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, we will be taking you to nearby shops. Heading back to Singapore after dinner.

I signed up for a free and easy package to Bangkok with their branch at Chinatown Point. The lady who attended to me called the hotel directly and confirmed the accommodation and air-tickets on the spot in about 10 minutes. I was quite impressed with how efficient they were.

Their coaches to Genting is better than those at Golden Mile. Had some really bad experiences with other companies that will transfer to you to vans at the interchange and then still need to change coaches. With citixchange not once do i need to transfer to vans or other coaches. Although their counter staff is not that friendly. but still okay.

They are so unflexible when it comes to changing of dates in the booking. In my case, I only did an error in clicking the dates, and realized it only after payment(online). I call them right away within less than 10minutes and informed them about the booking & if they can do something. They just said that they cannot do anything and it CANNOT BE REFUNDED also. As well as CANNOT CHANGE THE DATE. They are totally not helpful compared to other agencies. I will never book with them again! It\\\'s not worth the money.

I am organising a one day tour to KUKUP for my Young Women’s Christian Association of about 20 -30 members. It will be a weekday event and we are planning to go in mid Jul – Aug 2011 where the durian season is in. Please advise whether above mentioned period is good for durian eating.
We would like to request for seafood lunch and a tour guide. We would like to visit Kelong farm, batik house and shopping. Please confirm whether the pick up and drop off point could be at our premise located in 254 Outram Road. The preferred departure time from our premise is at 10am and reaching back to our premise latest by 530pm. Kindly furnish me the itinerary for the day and charges involved.
Please indicate how many weeks of notice do you need to confirm and cancellation.
