I just called up to check on flights to Bali. Receptionist was impatient and curt. Really turned off by the bad service. When I said, "Thank you for the informa..., she just slammed the phone and cut me off. I haven't used a travel agent for a long time and with this bad experience, I will stick to my favourite sites.

I would like to organise a retreat for about 30 -40 persons to Kuching.

Date : 21 Nov - 23 Nov ( Fri - Sunday )

Requirement : 1) Half day workshop from 1pm to 6pm ( with tea break )
2) Sightseeing and shopping included
3) Breakfast / lunch / dinner to be included
4) Quotation to also show price for one to a room, two to a room and also children\'s price

Airline : Budget Airlines also acceptable.
