I just called up to check on flights to Bali. Receptionist was impatient and curt. Really turned off by the bad service. When I said, "Thank you for the informa..., she just slammed the phone and cut me off. I haven't used a travel agent for a long time and with this bad experience, I will stick to my favourite sites.

I would like to book the phuket package (3D/2N) for two or three persons. arrival date 5th or 6th of december until 7th or 8th of december.
