I travel quite frequently to Bali. Ms Cynthia & Ms Joyce of Shenyan Tours has been a great help to me by making my travel arrangements an easy one by jus a phone cal away....

I travel alone most of the time and the staffs at Shenyan Tours always without fail, giving me lots of tips and advises...

They even give me a cal when I'm back in Singapore asking me how was my trips.... So sweet of them to give the extra services which most travel agent don't....

I would strongly recommend them to any of my freinds who are going on a tour, without any hesistation.

All these review about this Cynthia is bullshit one la.....Just make a call and see how is her services and you al;l will know liao la.....All write by their own staff in this positive comment. You can cheat people who is not into this site, but you cannot cheat regular traveller like us la....if Cynthia really so good, why she did not expand this agent to be like ASA or SA Tours with all her expereinces and connection????? I wonder who are those goondoos to believe all these ....hahahaha...biggest joke of the day.

i have not use this agent services before but i think your remarks are not very fair to the staffs . These days only handful trades is not free.

Hi - i emailed and also called but there was no reply. Want ot find out if u have a flight-hotel package for 4-6 Jun (Sat to Mon) for 2 adults. Pls let me know:

(1) Which airline
(2) Which hotel u recommend (or compare casa real with others like metropole)
(3) Cost for twin-sharing and single (i.e. 2 rooms)
