Assemble at 6:15am and proceed via the 2nd link. After breakfast, we will arrive at the farm to see how pineapples are planted and also have a taste of the fresh pineapples and try some rubber tapping. See the oil palm smallholding and witness the demonstration of harvesting the fruits. Proceed to a Malay Kampong to see how the folks play the Gasing ( Top spinning ) and how Gambus ( Musical instrument ) is made. Snacks will be served and next visit the Gula Melaka ( Palm Sugar ) processing center we'll drive over to Batu for the Kachang Center. Lunch will be served and do some shopping at Summit Shopping Center. Dinner will be served before returning to Singapore.

They are so unflexible when it comes to changing of dates in the booking. In my case, I only did an error in clicking the dates, and realized it only after payment(online). I call them right away within less than 10minutes and informed them about the booking & if they can do something. They just said that they cannot do anything and it CANNOT BE REFUNDED also. As well as CANNOT CHANGE THE DATE. They are totally not helpful compared to other agencies. I will never book with them again! It\\\'s not worth the money.

2mth ago, my friend from KL visit me, when he bought the ticket, the counter staff told him the bus will stop at Koven,
but after Malaysia customs, the driver give him and the rest
( total 3 of them ) a bus ticket from Causeway Link to Kranji
Mrt station and asked 3 of them to find their own way to
Koven. i told my friend maybe coz just 3 of them. today i just
back from KL, so i bought Citiexpress tricket and checked with the counter staff again and she assure me that will stop at
Koven, but same thing happen again, now the driver drop 9
of us at Singapore customs and didnt pick us......there are
a old couples who walking very slow and a very young girl
who fist time come to Singapore for study with 4 big bags..
her relative is waiting for her at Koven while she dont have
any SGD or coins.....so i pass her my handphone to call her relative and i bring that old couple to taxi stand......i wonder
what will Citiexpress boss feel if that old couples is his/her
parents and the young girl is his/her sister?

Their coaches to Genting is better than those at Golden Mile. Had some really bad experiences with other companies that will transfer to you to vans at the interchange and then still need to change coaches. With citixchange not once do i need to transfer to vans or other coaches. Although their counter staff is not that friendly. but still okay.
