Iternary

Day 1:
Singapore/Auckland
Depart Singapore for New Zealand Tour
 
Day 2:
Arrival in Auckland
Auckland, you will be transferred to your hotel. You are free to explore The City of
Sails” after check-in to the hotel. Walk around many shopping at famous Queen Street, Aotea
Centre, Maritime Museum, Sky City Casino, Victoria Market, etc
Hotel: Airedale Hotel (Scenic Circle) or similar.
 
Day 3:
Auckland Coromandel - Auckland
to Pier 4 Quay Street. Cruise by ferry from Downtown Auckland to discover
charming Coromandel Town which, in the late 1800s, rivalled Auckland as New Zealand’s next
major metropolis.
The tour departs at 9.00am and begins with a two hour, fully commentated fast ferry trip through
the islands of the Hauraki Gulf to Coromandel Town. Passengers are collected from the ferry by a
Coromandel Discovery coach to continue the tour. Once in the small historic township, you are
given the opportunity to stroll past original wooden buildings which still dot the main street, and
take in the history of this old gold town. Lunch can be taken at one of the many eateries on the
main street (at own cost).
The next part of the tour takes passengers to the eclectic Driving Creek Railway & Potteries
where the old pioneering spirit is alive and well! Here, visitors travel a narrow-gauge mountain
railway for 3 kilometres through re-planted native bush to the Eyefull Tower” with its
breathtaking views of the Coromandel harbour and hills.
The tour then proceeds to the Gold Stamper Battery and Gold Centre with the largest working
water wheel in the Southern Hemisphere. Rock is crushed to extract gold and silver. There’s lots
to see and visitors can even pan for gold!
Passengers are returned to Auckland by 6.30pm. Make your way to your accommodation.

Day 4:
Auckland Waitomo Rotorua (D)
travel south by coach via Hamilton to Waitomo. The Caves Tour and glowworm
grotto are included. Experience the wonder of our unique boat trip, gliding silently through the
starry wonderland of the glowworm grotto, your way lit by a myriad of tiny glowworm lights
glittering, glimmering and reflecting off the water. After, you will travel to Rotorua.
You will have your Maori Concert & dinner show.
Hotel: Sudima Hotel or similar.
 
Day 5:
Rotorua in a day (L)
8.30 am, we leave Rotorua City via Highway 5, heading to our first wonder, the
world famous Waiotapu Thermal Wonder with its Champagne Pool, Lady Knox
Geyser & the worlds largest Mud Lake.
From return to Rotorua city to enjoy a tasty & relaxing lunch at one of Rotorua’s numerous
cafes. Time to chat before heading off to stunning Te Puia. New Zealand’s Maori Arts &
crafts centre with, more breathtaking thermal activity and geysers as well as an insight into
Maori culture at its best.
From here we visit the Agrodome, another world famous attraction. After a fun filled show
you can spend time with the sheep, lambs & dogs. An opportunity to get an insight into New
Zealand farm life.Then its on to Rainbow Springs where we experience exquisite bush walks through a bird
aviary and natural spring abundant with Trout. You may even get to see a live Kiwi.
 
Day 6:
Rotorua Bay of Plenty in a day (L)
heading along the scenic Highway to Paengaroa.
Longridge Park Fun, thrills and fascination. Visit a working Kiwifruit orchard, travel
through lush avocado, pine and nut plant plantations, hand feed the animals and see tame eels.
Time is allowed for any thrill seekers to take a ride on the Longridge Jet Boat (optional).
Next stop is Kiwifruit Country where we board the Kiwifruit train and ride through the
famous orchard, including a packhouse where fruit is packed for export. There is time allowed
for any young at head, travelers to visit the Magic Castle. Fun for all ages.
On towards Mount Manganui for buffet lunch at a local hotel. Time to relax & chat about the
morning & plan for the afternoon. At this point the travelers booked on the extravaganza will be
taken to airport where their flight for White Island OPTIONAL RATES ON request &
booking must be made during the reservation.
Everyone else will have free time to shop or go for a swim in the Pacific Ocean, with a choice of
hot or cold water. A stroll along our wonderful beach or a short hike around the Mount are also
favourites.
The way back to Rotorua is via the Harbour Bridge taking in the city highlights of Tauranga.
We will arrive back in Rotorua at approximately 5 pm.
 
Day 7:
Rotorua Waimangu Tours
Valley you will find wonderful geothermal and volcanic features on
your guided walk through regenerating native bush. Frying Pan Lake is the World’s largest hot
water spring. Amazing Inferno Crater’s blue lake has a powerful geyser-like cycle and a
mysterious interaction with Frying Pan Lake.
The Lake Rotomahana Boat Cruise takes you close to steaming cliffs, gushing hot springs and
across the sites of the destroyed Pink and White Terraces. Rotomahana is a wildlife sanctuary,
home to many species of native and exotic birds.
Walk across uninhabited Te Ariki Ithmus, where many perished during the 1886 Eruption and
the scene of a year long land war, between Maori, in the 1850’s.
On your boat cruise across beautiful Lake Tarawera your skipper will entertain you with the
facts and legends surrounding the Eruption and the Pink and White Terraces. Then visit the
prehistoric Maori rock paintings at Tarawera landing.
The Buried Village is a snap shot of early colonial life, frozen in time on 10th June 1886. The
associated Museum of Te Wairoa will complete your insight into the most significant natural,
social and cultural event in Rotorua’s history, and it is an easy walk through the excavated
village.
On our journey back to Rotorua we will stop at the beautiful Blue and Green Lakes. Their
tranquility hides an amazing history!
Finally, EITHER relax at the end of your day in the luxury of Polynesian Spa’s public pools or
Priest’s Spa .
 
Day 8:
Rotorua LOTR Hobbiton Tours
go for your LOTR Hobbiton Tours. This tour option includes transport to
Hobbiton Movie Farm, fully guided tour, light snak at The Shire’s Rest & return transport to
Rotorua about 1.30 pm.
Afternoon free at leisure some optional like Jet Boat, 4WD, Duck Tours, etc.
 
Day 9:
Rotorua Napier
travel east along Thermal Highway to Art Deco City, Napier.
Afternoon you will have your vineyards tours.
Hotel: Tenneyson Motor Inn or similar.
 
Day 10:
Napier Lake Taupo
Travel back across the Rangitaiki Plains to Lake Taupo.
Hotel: Lakeland Resort or similar.
 
Day 11:
Lake Taupo Auckland
you will visit Huka Falls, Wairakei, the Craters of the Moon.
You will be travel back to Auckland.
Hotel: Airedale Hotel (Scenic Circle) or similar.
 
Day 12:
Auckland Singapore
You will be transfer to airport for your flight back to Singapore

They are a wholesaler for New Zealand packages to other agencies. If you wan to go to New Zealand they have many packages and can be custom made. Had a wonderful time with them last Sept when we when to Auckland, Waitomo Caves and Rotorua.
