Iternary

Day 1:

Singapore/Auckland
Depart Singapore for New Zealand Tour.

Day 2:

Arrival in Auckland
On arrival in Auckland, you will be transferred to your hotel. You are free to explore “The City of Sails” after check-in to the hotel. Walk around many shopping at famous Queen Street, Aotea Centre, Maritime Museum, Sky City Casino, Victoria Market, etc
Hotel: Airedale Hotel or similar.

Day 3:

Auckland – Paihia
By coach past Westhavem Marine, over the Harbour Bridge, through North Shore City and on to the Hibiscus Coast Township nestled amongst the many beautiful bays. Then on to Whangarei and Paihia.
Afternoon you will go for “Hole in the Rock cruise”.
Hotel: Bay of Island Hotel or similar.

Day 4:

Cape Reinga Day Tour

We have included a coach trip to the far North of New Zealand via the Puketi Kauri Forest and 90-Miles Beach. Stroll through this tranquil native NZ forest and see giant Kauri trees. See the mighty Tasman Sea and Pacific Ocean crashing together. Zoom along the edge of the waves and sand of Ninety Mile Beach.

Day 5:

Paihia – Auckland – Rotorua

Return by coach to Auckland. Over the Bombay Hills to the Waikato Valley and to Rotorua.
Hotel: Lake Plaza Hotel or similar.

Day 6:

Rotorua

Your half-day tour includes a thermal valley, farm show and trout springs.

Day 7:

Rotorua – Taupo – Rotorua (L)
Starting at 8.30 am, we leave Rotorua City via Highway 5, heading to our first wonder, the world famous Waiotapu Thermal Wonder with its Champagne Pool,& the famous Lady Knox Geyser,erupting at 10.15 am daily. Also the largest mud lake in the world.

On toward Taupo through the larg man made pine forest plantation. Call into Deer World to see the deer at work & a chance to feed the deer. There is an interesting musemeum about life and work of deer culler.

Time available for tea/coffee break. Rope course available for the adventurous. Next stop Aratiatia Rapids. At mid-day the gates of this dam on the Waikato River are opened & provide a spectacular view of rapids filling the valley.

After the rapids it is on to the famous & awesome Huka Falls, another of the wonders of the Waikato River.

We arrive at the Taupo Lookout at approximately 1 pm. On a clear day the Mountain of Tongoriro National Park are visible (snow clad in the winter).

In Taupo we have a superd lunch in one of Taupo’s finest restaurant. At this stage we relax & reflect on the wonders so far. After lunch some free time for a walk/shopping or just sit by the lake.

We will be departing the township at 2.30pm to check out the bungy jump, Taupo lake front, Taupo Marina & the lookout for the Craters of the Moon (a valley of increasing intensive activity).

A short stop at the NZ Honey Hive, where you get to see inside bee hive, learn about the honey & join I the honey tasting. New Zealand fruit wines are also available for tasting. This is a very nice complex for all ages.

Waiareki Geothermal Bore fields is our last stop before returning to Rotorua, approximately 4.30 pm.

(Time can be allowed for jetboating, bungy jump, float plane rides or boat cruises – optional; provided the driver is advises early in the day).

Day 8:

Rotorua – Waitomo – Auckland

Travel by coach via Waitomo and Hamilton to Auckland. The caves tour and glowworm grotto are included.
Hotel: Airedale Hotel or similar.

Day 9:

Auckland – Singapore

You will be transferred to airport for your home sweet home.
