I signed up for a free and easy package to Bangkok with their branch at Chinatown Point. The lady who attended to me called the hotel directly and confirmed the accommodation and air-tickets on the spot in about 10 minutes. I was quite impressed with how efficient they were.

Their coaches to Genting is better than those at Golden Mile. Had some really bad experiences with other companies that will transfer to you to vans at the interchange and then still need to change coaches. With citixchange not once do i need to transfer to vans or other coaches. Although their counter staff is not that friendly. but still okay.

They are so unflexible when it comes to changing of dates in the booking. In my case, I only did an error in clicking the dates, and realized it only after payment(online). I call them right away within less than 10minutes and informed them about the booking & if they can do something. They just said that they cannot do anything and it CANNOT BE REFUNDED also. As well as CANNOT CHANGE THE DATE. They are totally not helpful compared to other agencies. I will never book with them again! It\\\'s not worth the money.

We are a family travelling to Malacca from 08 - 10 Nov 2008 for a family holiday. We have 6 adults and 2 babies ( both less than 1 yr old). We have already booked a 2 nights stay at mahkota hotel in Malacca.
Please kindly advise if there\'s any coach services (2 ways) to and from Malacca and the charges? Please kindly advise the type of coaches available and the price & timing? (We would prefer a more spacious and comfortable coaches as we are travelling with babies) Can we also request for the coach to drop us at the makota hotel?
