My family with another book a trip to Redang with 5 stars and so far it everything is good till the day we came back. The driver was not very good in arranging the meal and best of all, we will in a coffeeshop and charge very expensive like eating in the hotel. But later realised that the driver was given the type of free meal base on what the customer order on their meal. Simple : the charges of the driver meal was on the customers bill in some way or another, but no choice it is their culture. Next is the meal-time, lunch as 3 and dinner at 8 pm, so those with children please take care.

Overall it is not bad except the corrupted practise on some culture.

I like to ask the Luoyi comments about Singaporean (I can't stand the way you put Singaporean down), I think you're already one of them if you keep saying Singaporean this and that and make sure your don't apply PR or stay in Singapore after reading your comment on Singaporean. If you're Singaporean, then you're one of these rare kind ! hehe

Everywhere has it culture and it take maturity to understand each other culture.

This reviews are mostly from competitors themselves whose main aim is to bad-mouth others. Just take a look at review posted by "Frustating" on 8/12/09. You can see the same review on Jun-Air dated 26/11/09 by "Very Disappointed". LMAO
If anyone really have a problem with their tour agency, just go to NATAS.

lousy services... never deliver what they say. booked a trip to taiwan for 9 of us, promised that that the hotel is 4 to 5 stars and the food will be great... but the actual experience, hotel feels like 2 star, food wise, i have never experience such cheapo and tasteless food in my life. as a result, gave me a very negative impession of Taiwan on the whole. The tour guide brought us to somewhere near the 101 building and say take pictures can liao.... damn it, might as well see the pictures on the internet. And the travel agent in singapore, james, called me to pay the balance of the travel package. The tom=ne was very bad. I have already paid S$10800 and the remianing balance is $10800. then call me to say, you better pay up now ot the trip will be cancelled. sounds like "ah Long" man... damn it, i told him i have already paid up the $10800, you think i won't pay meh, what attitute. Then soften down his tone. My wife and me will never see them again!!

I would like to make a comment on your tour agents and also coach drivers. I just came back from my Sunway lagoon trip and I can say that most of your travel agents and bus drivers are RUDE! Some of them can\\\'t speak english, some are v.rude - i was carrying my 3 mths baby and wanted to asked your agents some enquire instead of helping me they ask me to wait rudely. As for your driver they are soooo rude, why can\\\'t they talk nicely to the customer. We as a consumer paid for our travel definitely we want to be treated nicely weather it is expensive or not. I think you should send all your staff for a customer service courses. Its\\\' no use to have a name as 5* if your services is 0*
