Prices more expensive than other people, they say its a premium package thats why. But the customer service really sucks. If it's so bad here, I shudder to think what it will be like overseas when we have to fend for ourselves!

In fact people think all this big companies like Chan Brothers, ASA, SA,CTC or even Dynasty are good and steady. But I rather go to a smaller ones where their service are more personal and focus. All these big talk by them in this feedback column makes them a bad looser. Little comment cannot accept and must send strong rebuttal.What a big looser. I think I should open up a topic in the local forum about how bad all these agents are?Sigh......
