I had a bad experience with the,

They keep changing my travel time and the transfers were done terrible.

My bust which was supposed to leave at 1.30pm from our departure area ended up leaving somewhere around 5plus pm.

There was no refunds or anything to make up for time loss.

Last day we even had to book out of our resort at 8am instead of 12 noon. Still no refund.

Very bad planning.

I call in to check for my holiday package , but the male staff was so rude .The way that he told me the amount and arrangement ,can feel that he so angry to spent the time to check for me .That why I will give up ,book package from them .
