The best time to go Phuket is April / May because there are not much rain yet but the hotel are very cheap!

There will be buses that can take you around. It cost 20baht per ride. or you can take the tuk tuk. Just remember to bargain before getting up

i toured around Patong Beach(that's where my hotel was). There will definitly be a lot of agencies offering snorkelling and diving trips. SO you can just go into one of the shops and start haggling down the price. The one pictures you saw are the Phi Phi Island trip. It should cost no more than 1000baht per person(850 baht is the lowest).Its a one whole day thingy. They will pick you up from your hotel ay 8++ and then bring you back by 5+. BRing loads of sunblock


Over there in phuket they do provide diving lessons. BUt its a 4days course. And its pretty expensive. (~$600 sing dollars)IMO, you should get yourself certified in Singapore and then go diving to Phuket. It will not be that expensive.Since then you'll be only paying for the dives. try snorkelling first.

As for spa, everywhere has it. There will even be taxi drivers who can recomend you go for their spas. They will show you pictures of the spa and bring you there. Try haggling down the price to 2000baht.
